A collaboration a long time in the making.  Our pal Tom of Land & Labour in Galway made the trip to Leith to make this hoppy unfiltered lager beer.

Brewed using the heritage barley variety Hunter, a good portion of raw wheat from Galway and hopped with a load of our favourite New Zealand hops.
